Cancellation Policy
Policies Cancellation Policy Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please call 0413 566 200 or use our online booking systems. Booking Confirmation We will confirm a booking confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment, please confirm or reschedule as needed. Before/during Massage Treatment Please let our receptionists and therapists know, if you are pregnant, have any injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, or any allergies If you are at all uncomfortable or dissatisfied with the treatment, please advise our massage therapists within the first 15 minutes to arrange an alternative therapist and/or time for your treatment. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate. Requests for sexual activity will NOT be tolerated. Children under the age of sixteen will not be seen without a parent or guardian present in the therapy room unless parent or guardian consent is given.
